A razor or skin fade starts from $60 and is booked for 45 minutes. A 0 or 0.5 fade starts from $55, while a buzz cut fade starts from $50. Prices are starting prices, with the current options shown on the live Fresha booking menu.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SKIN FADE AND A ZERO FADE?
A skin fade takes the shortest section down to the skin. A zero or 0.5 fade leaves a very short clipper length at the base. Both are blended into the hair above, but the skin fade creates the closest finish.
HOW LONG SHOULD I ALLOW FOR A SKIN FADE?
Allow 45 minutes for a razor or skin fade. The same time applies to a 0 or 0.5 fade. A buzz cut fade is booked for 30 minutes, while a combined zero or skin fade and beard trim is booked for one hour.
CAN I ADD A BEARD TRIM TO MY SKIN FADE?
Yes. Book the Zero or Skin Fade and Beard Trim combination, which starts from $80 and allows one hour. Choosing the combined service reserves enough time for both the hair and beard work.
SHOULD I WASH MY HAIR BEFORE A FADE?
Arrive with hair that is reasonably clean and free from heavy product where practical. This helps your barber see how the hair sits and grows before the cut. Bring a photo if you want a specific fade height or top style.
